1. Introduction

Welcome to FunTinkerRipple.com (the "Website"), operated by FunTinkerRipple LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 142 Ripple Lane, Suite 3B, Portland, OR 97201. By accessing or using this Website or booking any of our workshops or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Use of the Website

This Website is intended for informational purposes and to facilitate workshop bookings. You agree to use the Website solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site's servers;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website;
• Upload or transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable;
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Website without our written permission.

3. Workshop Bookings & Reservations

All workshop bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from FunTinkerRipple. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our sole discretion.

4. Payments & Fees

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All fees are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment information is processed through a secure third-party payment processor and is never stored on our servers.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 3–7 days prior receive a 50% refund or a session credit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full session fee.

FunTinkerRipple reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment, facilitator illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

6. Age Requirements & Supervision

Workshop age ranges are listed per session. Participants under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the session unless otherwise specified. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child meets any listed prerequisites.

7. Liability Waiver

Participation in hands-on creative and technical workshops involves inherent risk. By booking a session, participants (or their legal guardian, if a minor) agree to release FunTinkerRipple LLC, its owners, employees, and facilitators from any liability arising from participation, including but not limited to minor injuries from tools, materials, or equipment used during workshops.

We take safety seriously and maintain up-to-date safety protocols. However, we cannot eliminate all risk inherent in maker activities.

8. Photography & Media

FunTinkerRipple may photograph or film workshop sessions for use in marketing and promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing prior to your session. Participants retain no claim to compensation for use of such imagery.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of FunTinkerRipple LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Work created by participants during our workshops remains the intellectual property of the participant or their legal guardian.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for the content of any third-party site.

11. Privacy
